I am very pleased with the quality of your product and the dramatic change I have experienced with my pool; although, at first, I was skeptical whether or not the Eco Smarte system was going to work. I quickly realize that the system backed all it claimed.

I can swim in my pool without the awful smell of chlorine. Its wonderful! The combination of the Eco Smarte chamber and the Zeosmarte in my filter has resulted in the cleanest, purest water I have ever had the luxury of swimming in. It was easy to install; just connect it to the water line going back to the pool, connect the wires as you instruct and turn it on. Pure clean water with no maintenance.

I wanted to stop and take a few minutes to tell you how much I appreciate all the helpful service I have received from everyone at ECOsmarte whenever I have called with a question. Everyone I have talked with has been very supportive and helpful. Everyone has always given an abundance of help and advice with any problem I have had with my pool. I appreciate their interest in helping me to solve my pool problem, and the pride they all take in doing their job and helping me to get my pool on line and running efficiently. After we worked through some of my problems , (mostly equipment problems which we found was mainly a undersized D.E.Filter) and once we got the ionization times, and my CO2 injection times dialed in, my pool has been a piece of cake to keep up with. Two years ago, before we had our ECOsmarte system, we went on vacation only to return home to find our pool full of algae. It’s comforting to know we can now go away for a week or two and know that our pool will be as pristine and clean when we return as it was when we left. It’s nice to actually spend time swimming with my family instead of running tests and adding chlorine and acid. With smaller children in the house, it is comforting to know that I now no longer have to keep gallons of harmful chemicals around. My younger kids love the fact that they can now swim without the water burning their eyes. My oldest daughter has been impressed with the fact that she can wash her hair in the morning, go swimming for a couple of hours and still have her hair smelling like it was freshly washed when she is done.

Again thanks for everyone’s help at ECOsmarte! I think you have a great product with great service. If you ever have anyone in my area who is thinking about purchasing a ECOsmarte system for their pool, feel free to have them give me a call, and I will be happy to show them my system and run them through the benefits of an ECOsmarte system.

Dear Larry,

Nice to talk to you Saturday June 14, and thank you for agreeing to send out new electrodes for my ECOsmarte unit purchased in 2000. I thought I had sent an email at that time for a set , but might not have realized the need for a statement on the system,. Which we greatly admire. My wife, Vanessa loves to but absolutely cannot stand chlorine—terrible on her eyes. Plus, the wonderful pool in the house we purchased in 2000 is indoors, and why live with a chlorine odor if you do not have to.
Our pool has been nothing but trouble free, all 30,000 gallons, since the unit was installed—clean, odor free water, a joy to swim. I have cleaned the electrodes in acid as instructed periodically, but now am having keeping the copper level at desired ppm and notice lack of bubbles off the electrodes with corrosion unable to remove fully, and we have a early creep of algae in the bottom of the shallow end (vacuumed away last nite as I finally heated the pool for the season so my wife and I can swim daily—she is the smoothest swimmer you will ever see), so it is time to replace the electrodes and I look forward to continuing this easy-maintenance chlorine free system. Whenever we talk to pool owners, we praise the system and give your name, so I hope we have sent some business your way.

I am writing to tell you and everyone at ECOsmarte how much I enjoy your product.

Having a chlorine-free pool is amazing I can back wash the pool and let the water go on the yard without having to worry about the chlorine killing the grass. I have a fiberglass pool and with your system maintenance is almost nothing. Everyone that I know that has had a pool without your system hates all the work of adding chlorine. I have had three others get your system for their pools after swimming in my pool.

Installed September 2002. It is a pleasure not having to swim in chemicals. No odor, crystal water and no deposit ring on tile. The Arizona market is above average in chemical usage during the hot months of the year, the system will pay for itself in a short amount of time simply because of chemical savings.

In June of 2002 we had the ECOsmarte system installed in our pool. Because we had to stop using chlorine several days before installing the system our pool water was pretty green in color. Within twenty-four hours our pool was sparkling with crystal clear water. The following week we went on vacation for a week and came back to the same clear sparkling pool. Previously, when using chlorine that was not the case. We would come home to algae.

The pool water with the ECOsmarte is soft, silky feeling and light. Pool brushing doesn’t need to be done nearly as often as before. Also, brushes last much longer because they’re no longer affected by the chlorine, which breaks the bristles down. But best of all, your skin doesn’t itch and you don’t have whatever other harmful side effects that come with chlorine. We are one of the first ECOsmarte owners in our area of South Florida and would not hesitate to recommend it to other pool owners.
